Introductory Call (30 minutes) - $1500 per call

A focused session for VCs and organizations seeking expert perspectives on:

  • Current and emerging trends in AI/ML technology and their potential impact on your industry
  • Technical evaluation and feedback on portfolio companies' AI/ML strategies and implementation
  • High-level assessment of AI/ML opportunities and potential challenges in your specific context
  • Initial recommendations for AI/ML adoption or optimization strategies

Advisory (1 hour) - $3500 per call

Recommended minimum of 3 sessions, structured as follows:

  • Session 1: Discovery & Analysis
    • Deep dive into your specific business challenges and objectives
    • Technical requirements gathering and constraint analysis
    • Current architecture and system evaluation
    • Definition of success metrics and expected outcomes
  • Session 2: Strategy & Roadmap
    • Detailed technical solution architecture
    • Implementation roadmap with clear milestones
    • Resource planning and technical stack recommendations
    • Risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Session 3: Implementation Support
    • Code review and architectural feedback
    • Best practices for AI/ML model development and deployment
    • Technical impediment resolution and optimization guidance
    • Progress evaluation and strategy refinement

Additional sessions can be scheduled as needed to provide ongoing support and guidance throughout your implementation journey.
